Tom Banton scores maiden ODI century as England win series

Tom Banton scored his maiden ODI century as England wrapped up a 2-1 series win over Sri Lanka at The Oval on Sunday. Banton made 126 from 105 balls, sharing a 150-run stand with Harry Brook, who scored 77. Jordan Cox added 76 as England posted 355 for seven. Sri Lanka were bowled out for 132, giving England a 223-run win, their biggest ODI victory against the tourists. Banton's hundred came in 95 balls. Liam Dawson took three wickets and Gus Atkinson claimed two as England finished their home summer with a fifth successive series win across formats.
