Rashid Khan calls Sooryavanshi a god-gifted talent

Afghanistan spinner Rashid Khan described 15-year-old Vaibhav Sooryavanshi as a god-gifted talent with qualities rarely seen at his age. Khan highlighted the teenager's fearless cricket, shot selection and game awareness as distinguishing features.

Khan said Sooryavanshi backs his skills and knows his game plan against any side and any bowler. He noted the power and hand-eye coordination that sets the youngster apart from other players his age.

Khan admitted he was not as talented at 15 but acknowledged Sooryavanshi's ability to hit big sixes at such a young age. He said the teenager is someone very special who has already demonstrated his talent on major stages.
